Returns for Refund: If you need to return an item, you have 100 days to do so for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the necklace is returned in the same pristine condition as received - unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, just drop us an email at service@nano-jewelry.com. We'll respond within 72 hours with all the necessary return instructions.
Courier Options for Your Convenience: For your ease, you have two options to return the item:
- Send it via a courier with a tracking number - This ensures the safety and traceability of your returned item.
- Let us arrange a courier pickup for you - In this case, the pickup cost will be deducted from your refund amount, or charged in case of an exchange.
